Is The Digital Business Card Tax Deductible?

Most likely yes! As long as you're using The Digital Business Card to market your business and help get you more clients, all the Digital Business Card charges are 100% tax-deductible. However, we do recommend you speak to a tax professional before deducting the Digital Business Card charges on your taxes because we do not know your tax situation.

How Do I Cancel My Plan?

Cancelling the Digital Business Card is actually easier than opening your account. Inside the settings menu there is a clear "cancel" button and it's simply one-click (two if you count the "are you sure?" click) to cancel your account. We'll hold your data for 6 months post-cancellation in case you change your mind and decide to come back.

Can I Upgrade My Plan?

Yes! If you hit the limits of the Gold Card and decide to upgrade, there is a button inside your settings menu that allows you to upgrade to the Platinum Card. Upon upgrading, all new features will be unlocked and limits on users & contacts will be upgraded.

Are There Payment Processing Fees?

Not from us! While you will incur payment processing fees from whichever payment provider you choose (we integrate directly with Stripe & Square, but can handle any processor through the API) those charges will come directly from the processor, not us.
